No Communication, No Service, No Camper
Impossible to get hold of and $8000 essentially stolen.
Booked a camper for 32 days, The camper was then changed by Indie due to that one not being available. The difference of 800 Euros still hasn't been refunded. We rocked up to collect the camper and the collection facility could not process the security deposit. Tried to contact Indie but no reply. Eventually got hold of them and processed the security deposit although this was not passed onto the Depot which still wouldn't release the camper. Tried to contact Indie with no reply for more than a day. We have since made other plans but haven't received a refund or return of the deposit. Honestly this is just disgraceful. How is your communications and systems this bad?
