The worst rental company ever.
The worst rental company ever. We are a family with a 3.5-year-old daughter. We rent all types of vehicles all over the world. In short, despite the website stating that they offer vehicle pickup and delivery 24/7/365, it's a lie. We tried to delay pickup by three hours due to flight changes from Spain to Perth. And the only thing they offered us was pickup the day later without any compensation, with 12 hours' notice and after complaining numerous times and speaking by phone with the Melbourne office. On the day of pickup, they informed us that they also didn't have a car seat for our daughter. We were told that we would buy one for AU$50. Let me know what you're going to buy for AU$50. The only positive thing was that the staff at the Perth office were friendly and very professional. A pitiful company. We do not recommend them at all.
